GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The drifting.hu online ticket sales system is the online catalogue of the Hunakamo Volleyball Sports Association (HUNAKAMO VSE - Headquarters: 2310 Szigetszentmiklós, Rezeda utca 12. B., Tax number: 18129391-1-13 hereinafter referred to as Seller), which offers for sale tickets and season tickets sold by Hungarian organizers. By making a selection via the Seller's website and by paying online by credit card on the related Barion.hu website, a purchase contract is concluded between the Seller and the individual or company (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) paying the value of the selection, under the terms and conditions described in this document. The Buyer accepts the terms and conditions of the contract and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the Pay button on the confirmation page that summarises the purchase details.

 

  1. THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Tickets and season tickets selected by the seller and offered for sale, with their characteristics, features and conditions of purchase available on the specific page.

 

  1. IDENTIFICATION OF CONTRACTING PARTIES

The seller is responsible only for tickets and passes purchased through the Internet catalogue, clearly identified with the logo and data of the cultural institution contracted with him, selected on drifting.hu, according to the terms of purchase stated therein or on the organizer's own website, and paid for on the related Barion.hu website.

By filling in the drifting.hu data sheet, the Buyer provides his purchase details (name; purchase address; e-mail address; telephone number), and the Seller is responsible for the performance and invoicing of the order. The Seller shall be liable for any damages resulting from the provision of incorrect or false data. The Seller shall be entitled to cancel any obviously incorrect or false purchase and, in case of doubt, to verify the authenticity of the Buyer's purchase.

Cancellation of an invoice issued on the basis of incorrect information provided by the customer and the special procedure fee for a new invoice containing the correct information is HUF 5500. This amount will be invoiced to the Buyer following his written request for correction, after which the Seller will be entitled to issue and post the invoice with the corrected data to the Buyer. The Seller shall have three working days from the date of issue to accept the request for correction.

 

  1. PURCHASE PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS

The price shown next to the tickets is the purchase price, which includes taxes. Payment of the purchase price can only be made by credit card payment on Barion.hu by proceeding from the Seller's website to the Barion.hu website contracted with the Seller. The Seller cannot be held liable for any errors on the payment page. The Seller confirms the success (or failure) of a given purchase by sending an automatic confirmation e-mail containing the booking number and the purchase ID. The automatic confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. The Seller will issue an electronic invoice through its partner Billingo.hu based on the purchase data provided by the Buyer, which will be sent to the Buyer immediately after the payment of the purchase price to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer. The prices indicated when the ticket purchase transaction is initiated are to be paid.

 

  1. TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH THE HOMETICKET SYSTEM

Self-printed tickets can be printed by the customer after successful purchase, and cannot be collected in person at the box office or by post. Printed tickets can be used only if the barcode or unique identification number is printed on the ticket. The Seller will refund the value of a duly purchased ticket only if the event is cancelled or postponed. The Parties acknowledge that the Organiser reserves the right to change the programme and venue. The Buyer shall be solely liable for any consequences and damages resulting from the loss, theft, misprinting, copying, multiple printing of tickets printed by the Buyer.

 

  1. TICKET PURCHASE AND PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

The payment of the purchase price of the Ticket by bank transfer shall be deemed to have been effected when the payment is debited in full to the payment account indicated by the Buyer and the bank acting as the payment bank sends a confirmation to the Seller. If the transaction is unsuccessful for any reason, we will notify the Buyer of the reply message from the acting bank and will not hold the tickets to be purchased.

After a successful transaction, our system sends an automatic confirmation e-mail to confirm the success of the purchase. The automatic confirmation e-mail, including the purchase ID, is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

Unlike traditional online purchases, the Masterpass mobile payment method does not require you to enter your credit card details. When you make a purchase, you authorise the payment on your smartphone by entering the mPIN of your choice.

  1. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

By making a purchase as described in these General Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees that the Seller may commence performance or consider performance to have commenced. The Buyer shall not be entitled to exercise any right of withdrawal after the purchase. The Seller shall not be entitled to refund the value of the purchase or to return the ticket.

 

  1. ADVERTISEMENT

Complaints can be submitted electronically and can be sent to help2@drifting.hu. The investigation time is limited to 30 working days. The user will be notified of the outcome of the complaint by e-mail.

 

  1. DATA DATA

The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that the Seller will treat the data obtained through online purchase and registration confidentially, will use them exclusively for the fulfilment of purchases, and will not pass them on to third parties other than the cultural institution concerned in any form. By submitting personal data, the Buyer agrees that the Seller may process them in the manner described above.

 

  1. OTHER

The online ticketing system for sale offers visitors the exclusive possibility to buy tickets. Purchased tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.

By entering the event, the customer agrees that any video, audio and visual material recorded by the organiser or any of its agents may be used freely and without restriction by the organiser during the event.

All tickets sold by the seller are uniquely identified. The buyer is obliged to keep the unique identifiers confidential, i.e. not to make them available to third parties (e.g. by taking a photo, sharing on social networks, etc.). The Seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from any misuse of the unique identifier.

Cultural institutions reserve the right to change the programme. In the event of a change of programme or cancellation of a performance, tickets will be refunded according to the instructions of the Organiser, who will inform the Buyer of this at the contact details provided by the Buyer.

In matters not covered by this contract of sale, the provisions of the Civil Code in force shall apply.

Through the ticket, the ticket purchaser enters into a service relationship with the event organiser. The Event Organiser is responsible for organising and conducting the event as advertised, in which the Seller is not involved and assumes no responsibility for the quality, conduct or failure of the event attended with the purchased ticket.
